Strange app experience
Just know that promos still being featured on the app can be expired. The chat support said they’d respond in 3 minutes, but they got back to me in email the next day. The customer service communication, when it came, was good and effective. I also feel kind of crazy reading their sizing chart. The 1, 2, 3 steps do not make sense when you go to use the chart below them. (e.g., “subtract your bust size from your band size to find the difference and check the chart below” …there is no reference to that difference in the chart). Sizing was completely confusing but at the sale prices I got, I will just try them all and return if needed.
SOOO EASY TO USE
I just downloaded this app and it’s super user friendly and visually pleasing. Honestly the only problem I see is my wallet shrinking because now it’s so easy to buy Felina’s stuff — who knew they had such cozy stuff?!?
